- Demonstrating reliability and dedication through regular participation in Scout meetings, reflecting strong commitment and accountability. 

- Selected as a representative at the World Scout Jamboree in Korea for Wales, where I built on my interpersonal, communication, and effective decision-making skills within diverse groups, during challenging and ever changing circumstances. 

- Actively participated in training weekends, showcasing a high level of commitment, personal development, and adaptability.

- Organised successful fundraising events, demonstrating financial 

awareness, dedication, and organisational skills. 

- Completed the Young Leaders' Scheme, showcasing independence, and effective leadership skills. 

- Collaborated with adult leaders to plan and execute engaging 

activities, highlighting leadership, decision-making, and excellent 

communication.
